SALARY
The Associate Business Manager in Online Media group is responsible for assisting with the defining and management the overall business. The role will include helping to defining the business strategy, product offerings and priorities, and manage the day to day operations. The Associate Business Manager will assist and serve as an advocate for the online media team working with internal cross functional teams, Walmart Stores Division and external suppliers. The position will work with the Business Manager / Director to conceptualize, build, and launch advertising program that drive Ad revenue and product sales both online and in stores. A strong interest in the online world of the digital media space is desired
1. Daily Operations (60%)
• Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful integration and launch with the walmart.com site for advertiser brand pages and campaigns
• Work with necessary teams to trouble shoot or escalate brand page or campaigns issues
• Helps implement daily / weekly / monthly and catalog-level pricing & strategy
• Coordinates with cross-functional departments and vendors to assist in day-to-day operations of digital life businesses
• Engage in enhancements to improve functionality and customer experience.
• Review and approve all Walmart online media advertising creative.
• Review all signed insertion orders from advertisers
2. Reporting (20%)
• Works with Business Manager / Director to deliver reporting metrics needed for analysis of business
• Assist with weekly and monthly revenue tracking
• Assist with Advertiser specific reporting
• Assist with platform or product level reporting
3. Business Strategy & Product Offerings (20%)
• Assists the Business Manger / Director to define overall and product specific strategies / objectives
• Assists with the determine of business and product priorities
• Assists with the development of strategic plans and presentations
• 2-3 years experience within a producer, project management or business operations teams
1) Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Functional Competencies
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint, and familiarity and comfort with database applications
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously, and process and track multiple inbound and outbound data requests without errors
• Strong academic background in business or finance or a work history that demonstrates competence managing multiple information streams

2) Experience:
• Prior work experience in the digital media space is a plus but not a requirement

3) Preferred Educational Level:
• B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience

4) Physical Requirements:
• Ability to be on-call periodically for timely resolution of supplier-related issues
