Position Summary
Functions include:
• Plays an integral role in the development of the annual operating plan (AOP) for specific segments
• Manages project and initiative budgets
• Drives sales growth and changes in customer attitudes and behaviors for specific segment
• Manages project and initiative performance
• Achieves objectives for specific segments
• Ensures project and initiative communication
• Manages the development and execution of marketing projects and initiatives (for example, In-Store Merchandising, Advertising, promotional events)
• Participates in one or more programs designed to strengthen Marketing talent
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Marketing and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

Social/Editorial Content Support consisting of:
• Provides copywriting support for daily national/local social efforts including writing and developing content for seasonal, reputation and special programs.
• Coordinates the procurement of supporting digital assets including photos, videos, etc
• Actively engages in message development and brand voice/tone refinement on an ongoing basis
• Serves as a social editorial best practices subject matter expert and continually evolves best practices in an effort to optimize approach
• Supports execution and publishing process for national/local editorial content strategy
• Engages key internal stakeholders from social team, operations, marketing, merchandising, and corporate affairs to source relevant content
• Serves as day-to-day contact with external digital/PR agencies supporting local editorial and reputation projects
• Works with analytics lead and agencies to ensure necessary editorial deliverables are provided for reporting needs
• Supports the process to “close the feedback loop” with internal stakeholders to ensure results and best practices are communicated on a regular basis

• 2 years experience in marketing or related field (e.g., brand, customer, retail), including developing consumer-centric marketing plans, analyzing market research, managing marketing teams
AND
• Bachelors Degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Accounting) Masters Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Previous Digital/Social Media Experience
• 2 years experience in brand management, including developing consumer-centric marketing plans and analyzing market research
• 1 year experience leading work or project teams
